As an Aviation and Travel Coordinator, you will be coordinating all operational related activities for both On Demand Charter and Managed Flight requests for the Kellogg Executive team. You will also provide support to the Global Expense Report and Credit Card teams for all travel, expense, and card transactional inquiries.


This role is in Battle Creek, Michigan. To support the team, you must be available to provide afterhours support for all flight activities and manage the Board of Directors attendee departures 5 Fridays per year.


HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Travel Partner - You will be a liaison between our 3rd party aviation partner and Kellogg executive assistants to coordinate Executive level travel. You’ll receive on demand flight requests and work with our aviation partner to provide quotes, recommendations, and itineraries. You’ll be responsible for managing changes, arranging catering, and assisting with coordination of ground transportation. Your primary responsibility is to provide end to end safe and seamless transportation for C-suite travel.
  • Expense Reporting Support - You will support the global expense report and credit card teams by directly interacting with Kellogg travelers around the world regarding credit card applications, limit changes, card cancellations, queries, and service issues.

  • High School/GED with relavent work experience
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management and attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to prioritize, align with stakeholders, and possess an ability to handle multiple demands on your time
  • Remain calm and professional in high stress situations
